Echelon X was born from a shared vision: to create something more intentional, more personal, and far more powerful than a traditional VA agency. As husband-and-wife co-founders, we combine our strengths — operations, client care, strategy, and delivery — to support ambitious leaders who need real partnership behind the scenes.
I’ve spent the last seven years as an executive assistant and operations lead, supporting founders, creatives, and consultants in scaling their businesses through organization, systems, and proactive support. My husband comes from a background in business development and client strategy, with deep experience in understanding what fast-moving leaders need to stay focused and forward.
We’ve both seen what works — and what doesn’t — in the world of remote support. So we built Echelon X to offer the kind of service we’d want if we were in your seat: thoughtful, sharp, and fully invested in your growth.
